POLICY AND TERMS

All appliqué items come pre-packed in 25 or 50 pieces.  When ordering samples, a minimum of 25 pieces for large designs and 50 pieces for smaller designs will be accepted upon approval.  Please contact our office for more information on sample orders.  Minimum order required $50.00 per order.  If your order does not meet the above requirements, applicable surcharges may apply.  Volume discount available, please inquire our office for information.

All fabrics orders are considered custom made designs.  Minimum order is 15.7 yards per design.  A sample yardage of 5.2 yards can be accepted with an additional surcharge.

Prices - Based on FOB-ABC/AZ.  All prices are subject to change without notice.  Firm price quote will only be given after written receipt of design and volume to be quoted.  This price will be honored for this design and specified time period only.  In the event of the price change, all items ordered before price change will be shipped at the price quoted.

Payments Options - We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, T/T Transfer, and factor approved checked.  Please contact us for factor information.  All returned checks are subject to an additional USD $50.00 penalty charge. 

Note:  Also available on FOB/TAIWAN (depends on volume quantity by request).  Please allows 2~3 weeks for delivery.

Note:  In the event of price change, all items ordered before price change will be shipped at the price quoted.

Returns - Any rejections of orders, complaints or claims must be made within 48 hours of the receipt of the order.  No returns will be accepted without an official return authorization form issued by ABC Embroidered Accessories, Inc.  Any opened or damaged items will not be accepted.  Only orders with proper return forms accompanying the returned order will be accepted.  All returns will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, plus any applicable fees.  Please note that quality as per our sample, we are not responsible for any damages after the goods are used.  Absolutely no returns on the custom designs, including all fabric orders.

Shipping Information - We use the quickest and cheapest shipper such as UPS to deliver your goods.  You are more than welcome to use your own freight carriers, please kindly provide us with your carrier information and your shipper account number when placing the order.

Delivery Time - For stock items, we will ship within 48 hours after confirming the order.  For out of stock items, we will automatically backorder for you.  Please notify our office when placing the order that in the event you do not want us to backorder for you.

For custom made designs, including fabrics, please kindly contact our office for up the minute delivery time information.

To expedite  your order, please kindly have item numbers ready when you call or email.  If you do not know the item number, please fax or email us a copy of the design, we will be glad to look it up for you.
